Community areas and vegetable gardens will create a suburban-style of living close to the city. We created the concept with the community and residents in mind by designing homes built for people that reside in them and not for the developer’s end game. The Development Collective (TDC) is a design-led property development company. They have successfully planned, designed and managed over $50m in new residential construction projects across Auckland.
TDC has $15m in live construction right now with Urbizen Mt Eden being their first personal project.
